About Erik
Service is the
through line.
Operational discipline, curiosity, and a commitment to the people who depend on the work.
03 / The person behind the work
An unconventional path.
A consistent standard.

My career started in large-scale operations, where service, accountability, and follow-through mattered every day. From Disneyland Resort to city leadership and enterprise IT, I’ve learned how to bring structure to complex environments and help people work through problems.
Today, I apply that experience to technical support: communicating clearly, documenting the work, following structured workflows, and keeping users moving. My interest in cybersecurity builds on the same foundation—reliable systems and careful decisions.
I care about the person depending on the system as much as the system itself.
04 / Cybersecurity
Building a practical
security mindset.
Hands-on learning with network, firewall, and monitoring tools complements my enterprise support experience. My focus is understanding how systems behave and how to investigate what needs attention.
- pfSenseFirewall and network configuration
- WiresharkPacket inspection and network analysis
- NmapHost discovery and service enumeration
- Wazuh / SIEMSecurity monitoring and event investigation
- Kali LinuxSecurity tools and lab-based learning

Good work starts
with a conversation.
I’m interested in IT support, service desk, desktop support, cybersecurity support, and operations-focused technology roles.
