Enterprise IT support
Technical troubleshooting, endpoint support, and structured service delivery in large enterprise environments.
Enterprise IT support / Operations
I bring order to complexity.
And a human side to IT.
I’m Erik Garwick. I bring enterprise IT experience and a career in operational leadership to solving technical problems, supporting people, and improving how work gets done.
01 / Skills & capabilities
Tools matter. So do clear communication, useful documentation, and the discipline to carry an issue through to resolution.
Technical troubleshooting, endpoint support, and structured service delivery in large enterprise environments.
Work orders, asset history, reporting, and maintenance systems that make responsibilities and progress visible.
Team coordination, contractor oversight, and calm communication shaped by public service and resort operations.
Selected projects
Project notes showing the problem, the implementation, and where the work stands. Completed milestones and ongoing learning are identified separately.

From resort operations and municipal leadership to enterprise IT, the common thread is keeping people, assets, and services working together.
Support for 9,000+ end users across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Structured troubleshooting and service delivery through ServiceNow and ITIL-based workflows.
Led municipal asset and maintenance operations with a focus on work orders, asset history, reporting, and cross-team coordination. Brought structure and accountability to the delivery of public services.
Managed parks operations, contractors, and teams across city assets. Used scheduling, oversight, and operational planning to improve service consistency.
Managed a $30M annual budget covering 43 parks, 78 landscape districts, and 20 million square feet of irrigated landscape. Oversaw contracts, staff, asset tracking, Lucity CMMS implementation, and operational reporting.
Managed 560 acres and led teams of up to 63 staff through progressively senior roles in IPM, irrigation, pest management, and landscape horticulture. Supported Maximo CMMS, barcode tracking, chemical reporting, and operational planning.
03 / The person behind the work

My career started in large-scale operations, where service, accountability, and follow-through mattered every day. From Disneyland Resort to city leadership and enterprise IT, I’ve learned how to bring structure to complex environments and help people work through problems.
Today, I apply that experience to technical support: communicating clearly, documenting the work, following structured workflows, and keeping users moving. My interest in cybersecurity builds on the same foundation—reliable systems and careful decisions.
I care about the person depending on the system as much as the system itself.
04 / Cybersecurity
Hands-on learning with network, firewall, and monitoring tools complements my enterprise support experience. My focus is understanding how systems behave and how to investigate what needs attention.
Let’s connect
I’m interested in IT support, service desk, desktop support, cybersecurity support, and operations-focused technology roles.
A career in places
Before enterprise IT, I led teams, assets, and public spaces. These places shaped the way I think about service: visible, accountable, and built for people.
